Replacement Policy

If you receive a damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a replacement request, please provide:

• ✔ Clear photos of the product
• ✔ Photos of the package (if damaged)

Refund Policy

Refunds are only considered in exceptional cases, such as:

• ✔ Wrong product delivered
• ✔ Product unavailable after payment
• ✔ Verified issue approved by our support team

Non-Refundable Situations

• ❌ Incorrect address provided by the customer.
• ❌ Product has been opened or used.

Refund Processing Time

If a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
