Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after advance payment has been successfully verified.

• 📦 Remote Areas: Delivery time may vary depending on courier availability.

Payment & Delivery Methods

We offer nationwide Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as Advance Payment via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and Online Bank Transfer (IBFT).

Standard Shipping Charges

Standard delivery nationwide across all cities and towns in Pakistan is Flat Rs. 250/-. All orders of Rs. 5,000 or more qualify for 100% FREE nationwide delivery. Free shipping can also be unlocked using promotional coupon codes (such as FREESHIP) during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking number via WhatsApp or email.

Delivery Delays

Delivery may be delayed due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your delivery address and phone number are accurate. Glow & Grow Herbal Care is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.

Damaged Parcel

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please contact us immediately with photos so our support team can assist you.
